Leadership is not something that can be taught; it must be experienced first-hand. In fact, perhaps the greatest benefit of CTYIP membership is the opportunity to gain that experience. As a member, you are encouraged to enhance your leadership skills by taking an active role as a volunteer on the CTYIP board of directors or committees.

Leadership in CTYIP is both a training ground and a proving ground, an invaluable chance to hone your managerial and leadership skills and set out on the path for career advancement. Our board of directors and all of our committees are made up of the best and the brightest, who give of their time and talents—members who lead.
